What's up with the water? I don't think it can generate like that naturally. But that doesn't mean Notch has changed the way it works as he could have just been messing around with buckets or something.
Also, since when is it possible to pick up and hold a grass block? They turn to normal dirt. Maybe Notch has changed that? Or maybe only Endermen can do that.
