Look At The Tree/Mushroom. Notch Showed Us 2 Things. On To The Monsters, They Look Like Those Ghosts In Harry Potter.

My guess is theyre shadow creatures that spawn in light levels of 6 or less, and when torches are placed around them, they vanish and drop whatever they're holding, and they can destroy basic blocks that we can break with our hands (Sand, Gravel, Dirt, Wood, Planks, etc) But they can't be destroyed by weapons, only light. Tell me if I'm way off the guessing chart, guys.

On the wiki, it says Notch has named them Endermen.

Anyone notice the tree in the left corner? Looks like a new skin for it. Not much, but something. And damn those things look creepy.

0-1 Mushroom Stalk (Maybe those Huge Mushrooms are plantable?)

Possible Drops IF "Slendermen" Slender Meat (Because one food type thats a possible add people call chicken, if confirmed, then perhaps this is wrong, but they refer to the meat texture as slender, and so is this things nickname, so id say it drops Slender Meat)

Well they obviously appear in groups, and I'm guessing that they will be neutral, so their behavior will be similar to zombie pigmen and wolves. I don't know what they'll do with blocks though... build things??

Maybe they will be programmed to destroy any blocks that you put down! ;D

can they move but it would be scarry to see one with !!!

I think the new mob is going to build something that contains a boss mob or something or just evil and steals blocks.

The one in the far back is holding a grass block too! This is really weird... It would be cool if they built stuff with them but they'll probably just throw them at you.
