im guessing they build with watever u drop. if u attack them they steal what youre holding & u have to killl them to get it back. makes sense. theif mob! and the one in the baCK HAS A DIRT BLOCK. LOL.

the body looks like a squid, the eyes are white, and it has 2 arms and legs and it can hold blocks....
WTF WERE SCREWED THIS IS A SQUID VERSION OF HEROBRINE or it just trades blocks with you. is crazy he doesn't put sharks in the game cause he didn't like them but this is WORSE than sharks D: XD
perhaps its the raw version of the citizens that may go witht he villiages
perhaps they're not friendly looking yet because he hasen't decided to make them look all nice yet and is just working on how they function instead?
perhaps they're ghosts (instead of ghasts) or
heres an idea
perhaps their function is to pick up and place blocks not to try to build anything
but to change the landscape, like you go to bed and wake up like "was that hill of dirt always there?"
maybe they try to repair the damage you do to the landscape? proving to be nothing but a constant annoyance
i'm very curious as to what these things will be using blocks for
Jeeze.. If you are going to release a new screenshot of a monster, how about making it one that is remotely legible without mass editing like this (only to still have it be barely visible or legible).
I mean, either save it as a surprise, or just show it to us. This kind of half assed attempt to be mysterious is simply annoying.
There is no such thing as mobs reproducing in minecraft. They spawn in groups and then wander around. You will never see any mob in minecraft walk up to another one of it's kind, hump it, walk away, and come back days later to see it's baby.
These are just amazing, between these guys and the creepers, the zombies and skeletons are starting to look a bit dull and obvious.
My thoughts on NPC villages aside, there's so much else in this update that I just can't hide my excitement! I can't wait to see what these guys are doing with those blocks...
