Um... Ventus, Idk what your world problem is, but the sword is intentional. You block with it... No offence, but it's kind of obvious.

When my wolf entered water, it turned pitch black

there is a town that generated over a lake... lol

Theres a bug where some of the painting sizes are completely black and sorry if my name is offensive to some of you guys

It seems like some light sources (mabey only naturally spawning ones, i.e. torches in abondoned shafts and lava in smithies) don't emit light at first, but after a few seconds they do. Also, when I click on an item in my hotbar in Creative to swap it out with something, the game crashes (may be because I have TooManyItems installed.)

Food bar doesn't deplete when I sprint
Lots of inconsistent terrain generation

So, i just updated to 1.8 pre release, and before that i had to wolves that were tamed and sitting in my house. Once i tried to right click to let the follow me it wouldn't and once i hit them they would attack me jumping while sitting...

it crashes when i put chicken in a furnace :\ (lt least in creative)

Also, my chests that I had under glass blocks before the update are black and have no texture.

I dont know if it's just my game, But after about 2 minutes of play it stops and says saving chunks (Without progress bar) then goes to a black screen.

Bugs I've Found:
Unlimited Items In Survival
Caves Are Painted Weirdly On The Blocks, Lots Of Brown Blocks
Chests Are Completely Darkened

After clearing a swamp biome of trees and sleeping in that area a large amount chickens began to spawn rapidly to the point of the game crashing. There were at least 40 chickens in a 25 block radius .

guys just dont smelt enything will fix this when the real 1.8 comes out
also notch needs to change some of thease icons

i found a bug that its not in the list! when you take a screenshot minecraft crashed i discovered it because i take a photo to all the pink sheeps i find and then POP! minecraft crashed

I was playing Single-player (All new random-seed map) and I came across an abandoned mine (Atleast, I think). It was literally floating above a huge chasm with lava at the bottom...

Ok there is a big problem with graphic lagg between joining some servers, making your own map on single player and any mode when it rains this must be fixed before 1.8 release.

I found another bug the game when u put in a charcoal or piece of coal in the furnace it says saving chunks and crashes

all my bugs i have seen on here.
i did see a reed that was 4 tall(naturally of course) i didnt know anything about that so im just putting it on here wont hurt anything.
GREAT SO FAR! cant wait for the rest of 1.8 to come out keep up the work mojang!
QUESTION: do chickens not spawn in swamp though?? i never see chickens so i have to walk to a forest (my house is in the swamp) to find chicken, help? or is that how it is?
