Bump what i said before: I need help uploading!!
heres the problem:

• Either you did not select a thumbnail to upload or the thumbnail you are trying to upload is too big.
• The file size of your submission is too large. The maximum file size is 250kb.

it just says that.. I used Paint.net The size of the screen was 640 width and 785 height How do I make it soo its 250kb?

What do you do if you're under 18, or can't use the trip? The page for the contest has no info.

You can download the tshirt template by clicking "Submit" on the Threadless website. As for Minecon and going alone... You just freaking won $3k, you can pay for someone to tag along XD

I'm not sure about Paint.net, but try saving the image as a .jpg. They're lower quality than say, a .png. I use photoshop so I can choose the quality of my .jpg (0-12).

Is there an age requirement because what if a kid wins. They obviously cant go around Paris by themselves they need a parent or guardian

Nah, You can design shirts using a number of cheap or free programs. My brother does it often on just paper then scans them in and traces them.
