We did not see a fluid merge of SSP and SMP. We saw a horrible system full of bugs, that will fail worse than netflix's qwikster. Fix the things that are in game before you waste our time with things we do not want.
No need to ***** about spilled milk before it even spilled... Wait for them to say that they finished the merge. Besides, in all of the SMP/SSP merge snapshots I've played so far, I have not seen any lag on my computer. Your argument is ****ing invalid.

what an overstatement, i cant even play 12w21b without it corrupting or blackscreening on a map.That said tho, emerald blocks and tripwires are bitchin, just c'mon with the horses jeb!!!!
Who told you they were adding horses? I keep hearing this "omg the next snapshot has horses" (like it's already dead set implemented) out of nowhere from random people? Where is your source?

Over the last week in Snapshots, we have seen a lot of exciting things coming up - Ender Chests, villager trading, the merging of SSP and SMP modes into a fluid, single system - what else could possibly be added to this pile of goodies to make it even better? We can think of one thing - tripwires.
I hardly think of the SSP/SMP merge as an "exciting" "goodie" and the idea it's "fluid" is a lie.
In fact, I look forward to a third-party fix for this in the unfortunate case that the merge remains. Mojang really screwed up with it.

*sigh* as much as i like things like enderchests and tripwires, this is starting to look like one of those mods which not many people like due to their complexity and because it takes away the not-so-modern feel of minecraft.
ah well, we will just have to wait and see what the future holds.
How many fuc***ng time until people see that this is a SNAPSHOT, and that changing SP/MP like they did IS NOT EASY, so they are SLOWLY MAKING IT BETTER. And with this, THERE WILL BE NO BUG DIFERENCES BETWEEN THEM, IF CORRECTED ON ONE, NO NEED TO CORRECT ANOTHER!
And in a future update, YES, WE'LL BE ABLE TO FUC**NG PAUSE THE GAME! But by now, why you don't simply quit and enter it later?

I willprobably just keep using pressure plates, but it might be easier to use string instead. Now I won't have to use so much redstone end neath pressure pads. I'm mostly just happy that string is getting another good use, though.
Im calling right now that their planning alot for dungeons, i bet when they fisted started with the idea they imagined filled to the brim eith booby traps. They got some of the structures down, includng the new pyrimads and now they will work on the trap part. I personaly agree with what theri doing, if your upset then dont use them, its a sandbox game so the more variety and imagination they add the better.

Although the fact that trying to break the trip wire causes the redstone to go off momentarily makes it harder to dismantle once noticed.

But and if someone wants to put it on a non-stone looking block? It turns completely visible.
On most surfaces it isnt that noticeable and o white wool or snow it should practically be invisible.
MC is getting better and better (in my opinion).
