I don't know where else to put this, but... just look
I'm so jealous that your "options" and "login" buttons have button backgrounds. Mine look like the window background, making the words impossible to read.
As to the garbled update page, almost looks like a compressed version or something.
I've got 64 bit and no problem. A wild guess here. Maybe you need to update java.
I checked my Java and as it turned out I only had Version 6 something. So I updated to 7_5 and went into Minecraft only to find out that it didn't make a difference.
Installed the snapshot this morning. I quickly realized my soft touch pick didn't work anymore, it was just like a normal pick. It was the only bug I found because I quickly removed the snapshot.
who discovers the cure for villager-zombies?? i did;
throw a "weaknes splash potion" (level I) to an infected villager
and right click with the golden apple, the old one (that one it gives you regeneration)
the zombie will shake and tadaaaa! sometimes dont work, try to infect a villager first and then try
anybody test the /gamerule command? it is so cool, for example:
/gamerule mobGriefing false that will disable the creeper explosion!
Okay, so I'm working an an arc reactor, and I'd like to make a request: Let the beacon block feed to another beacon block placed directly above it, or to a command block, again directly above it. When the beacon light feeds from one block to another beacon block directly above it, or to a command block directly above it, let it activate a redstone current, like with the trip wire. You could limit the range, but I wouldn't. Pretty cool idea, huh? Think of all the vertical applications.
I like the effect of the beacon block, but I realy wish the beam of light were optional or even better, two sepperate blocks; a block with an area effect and a block that emits a beam of light
Won't a block directly over the beam stop it? So you could just put your beacon block one square underground (or make a nice cover for it) and get the benefit with no light.
I just tested it and you're absolutely right. Oh well. I guess you could put it at y=256?
I detest floating structures + it would cast a shadow
Oh, I wasn't suggesting it as a great option, more as the only way I could think to do it. Plus, y=256 is pretty far up, and if you're in Adventure mode you can guarantee it's hard or impossible to see both the structure and the shadow, with creative landscaping.
