Also, just found lots of clay! I know it was supposed to be fixed with the 1.7 update but I was still having a hard time finding it. Not anymore, though. Lots and lots and lots and I'm not done digging it up.
Upon watching my brother play, Starvation is apparently in, though I'm not sure what difficulty he's on. Not sure if that's been discovered before now, though.
Also, I really hope that the spawn rate for NPC villages goes WAY up. I went through 6 worlds trying to find one. The one I did find was half-buried in a hillside. I spend five hours going through various worlds. Found a lot of abandoned mineshafts, though, which was cool. My issues with those are already pretty well-known. (Floating wooden arches, etc.)
No he didn't dear. He was joking. Hence the "But I'll never admit that" and the winkey face. And frankly even if it wasn't supposed to be leaked, he also said that he doesn't care if we use it, just make sure to use the link THEY HOST themselves to do it.
@Olter: I had that problem, too. Dropped a stick in my little house and it wouldn't let me pick it up. Hopefully that will be fixed with the official release.
my 1.8 wont download. it says everytime i try to open it (Failed to load main class manifest attribute from and then it says the folder i saved it in. I am using java virtual machine launcher to open it. CAn anyone help me please......
I'm currently hating the 1.8 update. At least this pre-release is a piece of ****.
1.7.3 = 65-70 fps
1.8 Pre Release = 35-40 fps with lag spikes that makes the fps go to 10 every 5 or 6 seconds! Also, everytime you join a new server, it stays like 10 seconds with 0 fps. ¬¬
Also, NPC villages are ridiculous, the gravel roads are all messed up!
There's A LOT of crazy bugs that should be fixed the first time Notch of Jeb test played it... IF they ever test played this ****.
I'm ****ing dissapoint with Mojang now. ¬¬
A furnace bug? WTF, they never cooked something on their "test plays".
I'll wait until it updates COMPLETLY... what da ****ing hell.
Lastly, I think gameplay is a bit unbalanced. It's too easy for me. However, the fact that foods do not heals directly is a pain in the **** hole.
Theres a few things that made me smile, though: the new mobs are awesome, the new lighting is breathtaking and new itens (face gates) and farming are BADASS!
The veredict? With all these bugs, I'll just stick with 1.7.3 until 1.8 is really out.
