I personally don't like Eli's. Too many words on it. But it's going to win anyway. A banner saying all that is more like a signature than like a banner that goes on the top of every Community Creations post. I mean, think about it. That banner at the top of every single Community Creations post. All those words.

Anyone who's complaining about mine being a wall of text, I don't mind, but I just want to tell you this. When I email'd my banner to them, I did 3 different versions. One without the top and bottom lines, and just "Minecraft Community Creations" this one, and another one that I tested, so THEY chose this one, so that's why it's here, just wanted you all to know.

I was doing the same thing myself, I have an alternate, with a plainish background and a community of cool little illustrated dudes constricting some blocky text saying 'community creations' but I was just too busy to submit that one. I really should have!

I prefer Productions Resolute's because it shows something made by the community. As a graphic designer myself, I prefer the simple looking, yet amazing designs. I also love the perfect kerning and leading. Spoonfork99's is a close runner-up for me, though.
I really hope Eli doesnt win. I dont wanna be rude but that's just a bunch of text and some vanilla minecraft textures. At least choose someone who took the time and effort and made some unique imagery, like CorruptAngel.

It's funny how many people seem to have voted for the first option they saw. If luus and CorruptAngel's designs were closer to the start of the list, they'd be much more popular.
I agree that a lot of the votes are going to the first image they see. It would be way better if the images appeared in a random order every time someone voted.

as the first line of this post, I get super excited, thinking 1.3 is finally out! Then I am disappointed. Gets me every time!

PR has a good text with background, but imo luus' has a bit more style.
Eli is pretty good and simple so I wouldnt mind that one either.
