um what about the free gift code winners! i hope i be one of them :)yes thebarkingdog i agree new wood color for the stairs, fences, half steps, etc on the next update jep add it please!!
They should not be releasing these so often. It is a total PAIN for modders to keep up with these updates and it makes modders want to just stop until a real update such as 1.3 comes out. Please stop making so many often updates!
@yourock129
These aren't aimed at modding so why would it affect that scene? They aren't full releases, they are to help mojang get better full releases. Closer to an official new version release they will state that a snapshot is safe(er) to work with.
When the modding api snapshots start to come out people will base a lot of work on them in the hope not much will change from version to version in order to get a head start....

The pre-releases are supposed to reduce the "PAIN" you are referring to. The obfuscation code will be the same in both a pre-release and the next stable one. So it gives modders and mcp team more time to convert the source.
Mojang, hit the brakes. Just do a bunch of bug testing behind the scenes, then release it as totally new version, rather than 1.23, 1.24, 1.25, and a bunch of snapshots. Makes the players more sane, along with the modders, who try to keep up with a frantic release schedule.

Used to run game servers. Makes textures. AMA about running game servers.

I agree.
Also, I don't really get exited when a snapshot is released. It's like the opposite of what it was. Now it's release the jar file then tell us what's in it verses what it was like, showing us what their working on then making us wait till the next major version. I MISS WAITING D=
Not sure if this is new or not but, baby animals seem to follow their parents. Also(again not sure if new) when you show wheat to animals they don't ram their heads into you. That's all I've found so far.
People complaining that its annoying how switching blocks works in creative, why are you putting a block away if you don't need a new block, this is helpful at least.
I would laugh if this is a troll. There are only minor inventory changes. And they changed creative so so so so slightly.... but now i cant dispose of items quickly without dropping them >
That was a update that was able to be read in minecraft wiki

That is not true. When obfuscating code, the obfuscators give each variable/method name a different obfuscated name every time. The snapshots do not help developers at all. See here for more.

These aren't releases. They are snapshots, and therefore beta releases. Would you like it better if we are left in the dark for the progress of every update? Nobody liked the dark ages of Beta 1.3-MC 1.0.0.
I agree.

Well you can wait for the Mod API. I'm really excited about that and also the feature where there will be no singleplayer or multiplayer, and that people can join singleplayer games. Although I'm not very patient and I hate waiting, but if you want to wait for something, keep waiting for that.

*facepalm*
Well, If you're building something with more than nine blocks you might need to put a block away at some point... which you can't do now... you have to throw it away to lose it...

NPC villages are exactly the same, and that camera thing has been there forever.

As said by the minecraft wiki.
