I think Notch has been hugely unproffesional. He shouldn't of tweeted this. Or he could of at least confrotned the yogscast in person before doing so. Or at the very least phoned them. And if he felt it that nessisary to ***** about it, then he should of waited till they were back in the UK. posting it up just before they're getting on a plane is just low. I've lost all respect for Notch. He may have made the game, but it's people like Simon and Lewis who help make the game fun.

How do you know it wasn't just a big misunderstanding? Just because Notch tweets something, it doesn't mean it actually happened that way. That doesn't mean he's lying, but possibly just a misunderstanding if he wasn't actually the one to witness whatever supposedly happened.

I dunno, having two grown men squealing like frightened girls when a creeper pops up is pretty damn funny... among other things. And I don't think they're jerks. I've watched far too much of their stuff, mainly because that is what you do when your at university, watch stuff on youtube instead of working. And they honestly don't come across as jerks. Simon wouldn't have the confidence to be a jerk at a con, he was pretty blown away by the first one, and Lewis used to be a journalist, so he knows where to stand on a professional level. Not to say they can't be immature, but they generally mess around for the fans. I can't see them being jerks, I can see them performing like they do on their videos to make their fans happy. Because that's what they do. IDK, maybe I'm biased because I've seen what other online personalities are like at cons, and they act up to their online personality. they have to because it's what people expect. So with that in mind I can see some things being misunderstood. definetly seeing they're British, and British humor is unique, and I know that people from outside the UK are a bit slower to pick up on it. It's the reason why the Americans insist on remaking so many already good British shows.
But still, I don't think people should blindly believe notch and go on a hate mob towards them because of Notch. Because we don't really know notch that well do we? I've seen days worth of materiel from the yogscast crew, but all I get from Notch are tweets and the occasional blog. And lets face it, Notch doesn't exactly paint himself in a very positive light. So I must support the yogscast. Not to say I can now hate on notch, because I don't see this is as a VRs match. I see this as notch taking something the wrong way and being highly immature about it. I'd rather stand by the boys who I've grown to love, than hate on something they might or might not have done at a con. And if they did do it, I'd still watch them, because I'd still find them hilarious.
