Okay this is how I feel about Yogscast --sure they're funny and they have their moments. However if this all turns out to be true on their part. [granted I never subscribed to them] I will never subscribe to them, here is why --I subscribed to what I would like to call the God-Father Triad.

Here is why I watch them more, they're mature, considerate, and have good running stories that appeal to me. Without going into an immature 'lolzfest'.
Seananners has his moments when he's absolutely funny to watch on Minecraft when he does it. Even if you've watched some of his Live-Streams he'll make people break into some serious laughs.
Paulsoresjr is your elder, sometimes he's funny --but all around he gives you an experience with minecraft that is unique and awesome. He's a Minecraft player that defines the more mature builder, and storyteller. There aren't many people out there who will allow you to see video of their family, or even coax their non-video gamer wife for a fun excursion.
X --Even though his returns to Minecraft are infrequent, there is so much that can be said when he does. He gives a great first person account of his single player adventures, his triumphs, failures, and his quests to make Minecraft fun. Even as much as it is a sand-box. People fondly wait for X to make a Minecraft video, [if only to see him get pissed off and kill a Cow, lol]
My point is, with these three guys making minecraft videos. And or taking breaks, these three people have done more for Minecraft. Then Yogscast combined, if you ever happen upon them you'll understand why they are affectionately referred to as the 'Godfathers of Minecraft'

Even if The Yogscast could attribute that to their own success in commercializing Minecraft, it would only count for under 25%, I myself bought Minecraft because of X's Adventures in Minecraft, hence my Screen Name reflects that. So therefore if it is true that The Yogscast is vain enough to think that they made Minecraft a success. They're poorly mistaking and really should get their heads in the game.
In all honesty there's the possibility that this could be a deliberate troll. Although I will not speculate, or dis-include the possibility.
Also the yogcast is currently on a plane what can they do about i do think the whole thing is a BIG misunderstanding. I don't think that the yogcast would do something like this intentionaly, they may have done it accidentally. Always during there videos they compliment Notch and give constructive critiszem, and it could be possible they overreacted when notched cracked the "banging mom" joke. Who knows? For all we can figure this could be a poblicity stunt gone wrong or good. But personally, I would want an unedited video of them resolving this disspute or at least both sides of the story. So please stop hating Yogcast at least until they get back and stop hating Notch to if you do.
Well the only thing we know for sure is that Notch is acting like a child, and Yogs is acting like an adult.
Running around escalating the situation, while the other party is behaving is a completely immature action.
Maybe in a few days the real true will be told, but I doubt it.

Both sides, simply, need to realize what is at stake for them and then ask themselves how they can provide the best example of
a responsible and reasonable apology so that we can all move forward. Even if the worst you feel you did was to say something
that someone else misconstrued. So what? Then a blanket apology is not a big deal. And there is no loss of face. We just continue on to get back to more Minecraft and Yogscasting.

You lot (all) are doing what most gamers would love to do as a career...your gaming, chatting, and developing..meanwhile the rest of us schmucks have to literally diggy diggy a effin hole 9-5 in order to have a few moments of mild entertainment at the end of the day.
So, forgive me for not taking "sides" as to which princess should be more offended...personally, I think its the users and watchers whom should be most offended that the whole lot cant simply handle it like grown ups.

In other words, he didnt let the stupid Yogscast arguement ruin his entire con experience. He still had a good time, and that's a good thing.
Anyway, what bugs ME about this is not Yogscast themselves... I'm not familiar with them at all and cannot really comment on them... but instead their FANBASE, running around going "Oh Notch should be GRATEFUL, without the great and mighty YOGS Minecraft would never have hit it big!!!111TWO". Which is, of course, a giant load of crap. I know ALOT of people that play Minecraft. Of my entire group, I am the ONLY one that even knows what Yogscast is, and even then, I've never actually SEEN any of their stuff. And I doubt it's just my group that's like that. LOTS of people got into the game without Yogs' help.
Either way, the entire thing is damn stupid. I'm guessing lack of sleep on Notch's part, and... I have no idea for the Yogs group. Maybe lack of sleep for them too.
