It's a celebrity of the game the convention is of. If they said **** you to me, I would love that, because I'd have met them in person. The mother of the child probably takes it up the ass and was having a particularly bad day with that. There's no reason for this to be going on.

I've been a long time Yog-Naught and I used to take that title with pride. Even before the Minecraft stuff, when they used to do World of Warcraft videos I liked them, and they got me into MineCraft. Of course I'm holding out for the YogsCast side of the story but if they actually did this I'm un-subscribing (not that anyone cares). I just hope this is all some mis-understanding and the YogsCast are going to apologize, but if not I'd rather side with Notch than the YogsCast. I like Simon, and Lewis don't get me wrong I'm just hopping this fame hasn't gotten to their heads. I liked it when their videos where nice and homey, and now their starting to get more, and more into press-coverage, and that's not my thing. It kind of sucks they already discontinued the PodCast (the best thing they've ever put out), but now they're starting to lose their touch. I hope the YogsCast don't **** it up, I've seen too many good gaming-media fall from some stupid in-house controversy (WoW-Radio, The Donut Boys, OMFGcata [though Pride only left] .ect)

It's all hearsay. Lewis hasn't had a chance to protect himself yet, and offer HIS facts. Unless you saw it firsthand, you don't know what happened, and Notch is the only one saying it.
last i heard as well minecraft was well on it's way before Simon and Lewis came on the scene.regardless what has transpired at minecon there will be no more yogscast at any future events from mojang at the present time........unless the notch trollin rumors are true in which I will loose respect for both sides taking part of it.

Well, damn. This is pretty interesting. I don't know much about Yogscast nor do I know much about Notch, but I care about Yogscast less than I do about one of the main creators of Minecraft.

There's a fine line between 'joking' and 'insulting'. And, according to Notch, he just said that one of the largest publicists of his game were both assholes. We're trying to distinguish the truth between a company and two nerdy assholes, and your taking the asshole's side? Why? Why immediately excuse the statements shown and say 'Oh they're clearly wrong'. Look at the facts you dimwit.
Where in Notch's tweets do you see that he said "they were both being assholes." Notch never said who did these things or how many of them did it. The Yogscast isnt just 2 people. We don't know who said it, why it was said, if it was a joke or an insult, or if it even happened. The Yogscast only said they think they deserve some credit for how many people have been drawn to MineCraft from them. In the interview posted a few posts above, Simon says he believes Mojang and the Yogscast have contributed to each other's success, not the Yogscast brought all the attention to MineCraft.
This does make the yogscast look like a bunch of stuck up ass holes, but i'm kind of waiting for their side of the story. I want to know if it was louis and simon who said this, or just some guy who works for them doing this. Although currently, i'd take notch's side in this cause i don't really care for the yogscast.
