If you get a black screen it is because you are missing a java component you need. Just visit the java website and click 'Check java version' and when it realizes you are missing something important it will prompt to install.
I just survived 1 hour 7 mins. Score was about 21000. I carved my base out of a stone hill because I don't think you can place blocks. I made a water moat boarder at the exits because mobs can't path over them and theres no doors. I had a room as a tree farm, a room as a wheat farm, and almost all iron tools. Awesome stuff XD
The idea is to stay safe is to dig a hole around yourself kus monsters cant get you if your in a hole DIGGY DIGGY HOLE (Power Glove can pick up workbenches and stuff )
You actually can make a house in this game. Just find a large amount of surface stone and mine out rooms. Use a shovel on dirt to create a ditch that will keep mobs and grass out.
Also, the crafting system in this game actually seems closer to Terraria than Minecraft.

can't find iron or gold anywhere. Anyone figure out where it comes from?
you have to find a small room within the rock formations, it shows a stair case going down(not to be confused with the small staircase going up surrounded by almost unbreakable blocks) inside the staircase is a cave system. there are 3 levels to a cave, 1. the level where only iron is found. 2. the level where gold is found. 3. the level where gem is found. (i am not sure if iron can be found on all levels) the staircase i mentioned earlier is the way to the air wizard ( the final boss) it is surrounded by blocks only breakable by iron or better tools.
the power gloves let you pick up and store things like workbenches, furnaces, and ovens, and move them around quickly or just store them in your inventory.
Can some one inforum notch to improve his game Minicraft by adding a way to play with freinds and a saveing system also the ability to make a better home by placeing stone or wood. and dose any one know what you use cloth for that the zombie things drop.

While I was playing this I thought, wouldn't Minicraft be epic on the Iphone. I mean Minecraft classic on mobile devices is cool and all but this could be a really big hit. It's controls are much simpler so it would be easier to play and if it were a $.99 app it could pull in some serious revenue.

I would ABSOLUTELY play this game on my phone! All it needs is a save feature, and maybe a little more development.
