why HELlo! i'm enos just a demensional time traveler...oh and that's my pet creeper!
Seriously... What's so special with this idea? I can't really see the fun in playing with a landscape, like the one shown above. And since LEGO already is about building stuff, minecraft lego won't contribute to that part either.

How would you feel if you had power, but couldn't use it? All of your great ideas are taken by other people. Your skills have been hidden in the shadow of your mistakes. All of your friends have left you. I know how you would feel:
I could only imagine how much fun I would have with a Lego sandbox game built on a similar premise as Minecraft.
You would have access to an inventory of all Lego bricks ever made including the motorized units, gears, tank tracks, etc. I have tank track pieces from my old Legos and you actually have to connect them like chain link, so the options of what you build with them are limitless. I also have pneumatic pumps which lasted me a good 15+ years, but my children broke them in record time.
I could definitely see the success in a Lego-Mincraft game collaboration, but doubt it would ever happen. As far as buying Lego kits based on Minecraft, I don't think it's a profitable venture worth pursuing. My kids have a blast creating Lego Mario and Luigi from their bricks. They tie in all the other characters from the Mario games and they do this without a dedicated Nintendo endorsed kit. Considering how blocky everything is in Minecraft, it wouldn't be too difficult for anyone with the same imagination as My children to create a Minecraft theme for the day.
My list of things that would look S.W.E.E.T.:
- Leather armor, iron armor, golden armor, chainmail armor and diamond armor
- Coal ore, iron ore, gold ore, redstone ore, lapis lazulli ore and diamond ore
- All mobs:
Pig
Sheep
Chicken
Cow
Squid
Zombie
Creeper
Skeleton
Spider(And have the top of the spider be dots wich you can place the skeleton upon, because we all know that we need the jockey, am I right?)
Slime
Blaze
Ghast
Wolf
Pigman
Enderman
- Openable chest
- Furnace
- All tools
- Different kinds of colour on tools, depending on the material used to make them
And last but not least...
