Most of you might disagree with me but I liked the crafting in the computer version it made it more of an effort to first figure out where things go and what to do now in the press of a button it pops up in your inventory. :/
Oh yes. Looking up recipes on the internet or using mods was the best part. Come on people, you can't possibly tell me you guessed recipes. I personally wish this crafting was on the pc version, it would make things MUCH simpler.
Gotta love the incessant insults towards pico even though she has commented on the article and basically announced that she can see what we say. We've all been noobs at one point. Lets see you do a tutorial to UMvC3 with Justin Wong as your opponent and see how well that turns out.
Wow what i find a little sad is that for those who know what terraria is, then you realize the crafting way is the same way you do it in terraria which means its not all that original, no offence.

ok in my opinion i can't agree with this because part of the fun is in guessing how to make the stuff, also once my cousin told me that stuff was crafted based on its shape i instictivily could guess the recipes easily and also for the more challenging recipes it really wasn't to much work to look them up i mean it requires almost no energy to look the stuff up.
I've had a nightspawn before. It sucked. And lay off Pico already. She reported on the game, which in itself is great. Everyone has different play styles and just because she may or may not play a game the same way as others isn't a reason at all to be a bunch of d-bags.
And who knows...maybe she was 'testing' the guy showing off the demo
Minecraft on the 360 has potential. I hope it can get to the same level of polish as vanilla Minecraft on PC (I know mods/plugins/whatever aren't likely)
Honestly when the night spawn happened to me, i just put it on easy mode so there was no mobs and wondered around exploring until i got how to craft and do things. Also people perhaps the whole cactus was becuase Pico didnt have extensive knowledge of them. i only have them in one of my worlds, and 2 days ago was the first time i had ever run into a lilypad so lets not be too judgemental about not knowing everything about the world of minecraft. So of us have lives that dont revolve around 20 hours a day of minecraft and its wiki.

Look on the bright side, things can't get any worse.
"Ah," God says "A challenge."
has no one heard of a HDMI cable or something. drag your pc mouse and keyboard to where you have your TV or vice versa and plug it in theres your huge screen you asked for.
to all the people who want it to come out on PS3 just wait Mojang will maybe bring out a version for it just need to have patience.
when it comes to Texture packs i am pretty sure you will probably eventually be able to download texture packs and install them into minecraft if not eventually then when the xbox version gets released.
and as for me i have an Xbox 360 hardly play it too busy playing on PC.
No, I am not jealous, because I am currently using a recent technological development called a computer. I'm surprised you didn't realize that you used one to post that comment. How sad.

Seriously, half of the point and challenge was the recipe-shapes.
Way to go.
