If you have ever played Bastion, one thing that immediately stands out is the game's narration. Thanks to none other than Vareide, we now have the answer, in the form of this short film! With solid cinematography, clever script-writing and a killer delivery, Vareide gives us an entirely new way to experience Minecraft, narrating everyday occurances in the game world, lending them an air of distinction and power previously unheard of in the game - check it out!
ZOMG ZOMG ZOMG DIGITAL DIAMOND IS BACK!!!
I thought you replaced this with just cruddy Curse News and stuff like that BUT HELL YEA A PART OF THE ORIGINAL FORUMS IS BACCKKKK
I narrate my own plays of Minecraft often. No, make that about every time. It pretty much sounds like this, except I like to use harder words, and procrastinate my thoughts, often bleeding them into mundane and abstract subjects. Or maybe it's the opposite of that? I wouldn't know, I enjoy myself rambling, that's why I do it. I'm not sure if anyone else would share my enthusiasm though - they would probably say (or think), "What the hell are you talking about!?"
Oh shi- I'm doing it right now.

Elegant as the Wind, Silent as a Forest, Mysterious as the Ocean,
Fierce as Fire, Immovable as a Mountain, Righteous as the Light!
Lets just say everything he is doing on screen. Herp Derp.
There are people out there, working their asses of while he walks around, then adds some crappy pre-set video effects and commentates what is happening in a shitty voice.
Not bad, it's a good idea to mix 2 great games like Bastion and Minecraft, but I don't really like the voice used to narrate the story, probably because the lack of feeling and deepness in the way he speaks. I probably shouldn't compare a fan-made project with professional voice acting lol
over all i think it was good. the voice acting did not seem too forced ( with the voice)
more emotion would have been nice but that is not that easy to do .
