Ooh Jungle! I saw the video for it from Yogscast. (I hope we can name doggies soon, that would be great)

I love the jungle, its AMAZING. I'd actually like it to replace swamps. I do not like swamps one bit.

I think its a Frog or Toad of some kind.

I think it's a monkey... with a special ability. Do you see how it appears so small in that tiny area? And notice the tree? I think this monkey can move through leaf blocks and hides inside of them, only peeking out.

I personally don't think they should add jungle mobs (tiger, monkey, lion, etc.) unless its a jungle version of a existing mob such as a leopard creeper or something.

I took a close look. I'm good at paying attention to detail. It's a monkey. I tried looking at it thinking it's a tiger but it doesn't have the looks of it. the tiger would be 2 blocks and taller. while this is small enough to be a monkey. Also remember the fact that mojang joked around adding monkeys

EDIT: Also there's a bit of brown around the face if you look closely.

And i am fine with the sending usage info back as long as it is the stardard info he listed without a username tied to it, I don't mind games doing that. I do mind when they send home a list of every program I have installed.

Actually i only have one gripe with notch's "Can we snoop?" post and that is that for Operating System he only listed Mac? or Windows? No Linux (or others so you Solaris or BSD peeps hidding out here don't flame me)... Well come to think of it I guess if you use Linux or one of the others you know what an Operating System is since it doesn't really come preinstalled. XP

A smaller climbing mob makes sense for the dense jungle setting. A larger mob would have trouble navigating the terrain.

I personally think it could be a monkey, as there are golden lion tamarins. They have a very similar fur color. Just my two cents on the pic.
