I like it, seems like the lag would be pretty immense on an older Android. I have the Evo 4G, which is still a great phone, but is getting outdated. Maybe when the Evo 3D comes out, Mojang could add the 3D feature. It doesn't even need glasses.
I find it pretty neat, actually. Like with almost everything, it's wiser to shut our mouths and see what happens. And sorry, I didn't mean to discourage comments, obviously! I just think that @Swizzle firma was doing pretty awesome in his/her comment 'till he/she mentioned the Wii in an uncalled way. That was really unnecessary in an otherwise seamless comment regarding Minecraft. :I
i hope you can configure the controls. i use a controller when i play minecraft sometimes, and it would be easy if i can set the controls on the phone like the way i set it up on my controller.
If you already have the game for pc or mac I hope you dont have to buy it and can just download it and sign in as ur account if you have one it works if not it doesn't you know???
Actually, (it may be a mod but I don't know for sure,) you can play Minecraft on a 360, including a video of someone using Kinect to play it. However, they were probably using mods so I can be sure. Oh, and does anyone know if they'll release this for anything besides android? Personally, I like the idea, as it's more like classic, which works since it's for a mobile phone, but has more of the features of beta like ladders and (presumably,) redstone, along with other items and features unavailable in classic. This is what classic should be like if they ever update it and put it in with beta later on (possibly when the final version is released.)
I really don't see why everyone likes this. For starters it appears to be an enhanced version of classic, which is lame. Second- phone screens are tiny, making them very crappy for playing a world game like minecraft. Third- mobiles have even less memory and power than computers, and minecraft takes up alot of space. Fourth- most mobiles out that could maybe handle this game are touch screen, meaning the control setup will most likely be crap. Mojang should stick to working on the pc based game.
That addresses all my points but one- the small screen size. I guess if people have the money to buy a high end phone just for more minecraft more power to them, but the cost and the small screen will keep me from enjoying this.
The 3ds couldn't handle even the mobile version of minecraft.
I know the nintendo products arnt good for internet use. But I still love them. Though that dosen't mean it cant handle it if it was written for it. Plus good screen size, easier controls since its a game system and not a phone. and would make 3D MineCraft good. Overall it would be nice, but probably not gonna happen. Sad.
I probably wont be getting this since I dont have any android devices, and im not gonna even try to imagane it on the ipod.
