It will be coming to Android first, as it's relatively easy to port to Android (Minecraft is made in Java, Android is based on the Dalvik Java VM and Linux), unlike iOS which has no Java capabilities outside Safari.

When is this going to be available in Canada, and roughly how much will it cost?

This is pretty sweet even though I already like the desktop version. I hope they make an app for the iphone

They sould have it for 3DS its not like it would be hard. They could have it as:
Circle Pad = WASD
D-Pad = Change between blocks
A = Place blocks/ Use weapons
B = Breaking blocks/ Eating
Start = Escape
L = Shift
R = F5
X = Copy
Y = Q
Shift = F3

Lol u mad?!? anyways android DOESN'T have bad security, its due to human error that the phones fail. Stick to your iphone without native flash or multitasking or full customization features.
