It won't let me put minecraft 1.9 pre 5 in my minecraft in folder an error always comes up, can someone help me with this? :sad.gif: If so thanks :cool.gif:
on the main menu its saying pre release 4 yet i used a new install and deleted the old pre release 4 zip and unziped folders... does anyone else have it saying pre 4?
Just save your .minecraft folder 1. go to run 2. type in %appdata% 3. copy .minecraft to your desktop ( or in a safe place) 4. delete .minecraft that was in %appdata% 5. run minecraft ( minecraft should make a new .minecraft folder) 6. install pre 5 to new .minecraft folder. 7 to change back take to one in the desktop and put it where the pre 5 one is. (all save and mods will always be on the .minecraft folder u insalled them on) :smile.gif:

Ah thanks. I had thought about doing that but wasn't sure if it would mess with the mod and erase my brother's horses. Off to do that now. =b
when ever my minecraft character becomes compleatly submerged in water (can this also be confirmed in lava) my game randomly quits the map saving chunks but does nothing else as if it cannot fully crash can this bug be confirmed by a second player to be sure its not me
