i want to go, but just cant make it there

I might go. I'm hoping that I'll be able to go.

I wanna go, but Vegas is in Nevada and I'm in Oregon. :L

Sadly, my mother is too damned protective and authoritarian to let me do stuff like that.
Guess I'll sit back at home all sad and being forcefed homework.

Do I want to attend? Yes.

Will I be able to attend? No. Between the cost of college classes this fall, my class schedule (figuring transportation time to and from Vegas & Pennsylvania), and how much transportation + hotel stay would cost, it's just not economically feasible for me.

My parents are awesome. They said they could probably afford the plane ticket and hotel fee, and don't mind if I miss one or two days of school for the convention, all they need to know is the actual convention cost.
