T o all the people saying you cant own a word and that bethesda is stupid for thinking that, Mojang was going to copyright scrolls.

Well, that's because Scrolls is the whole title of the game. They have reason to copyright one word, since their game title is one word, but that doesn't mean if Mojang finds a game that uses scrolls in the name they are going to sue them, they will sue them if it's the whole game title, scrolls, though, random_letters. Like someone else said, it's like the people who make Zelda games going to copyright "Legend" and suing anyone that uses that word in a game title. It's utterly ridiculous.

This is pretty Immature of Bethesta to Sue Notch Just cause he used the word scrolls in an upcoming project. He's not copying elder scrolls, and he's just an Indie Game Developer. It's terrible that Big Wig Companies are reverting to sueing indie game developers, Are they THAT desprate for money? Notch probably would win the case.

i personaly think because they aproched mojang with the lawsuit they should be callenged to a spleff areana [i guess this will be the first war fought with video games :]]
