Lmao what if wars in the real world like the iraq war were fought over a game like quake 3 instead of real life?

1.First of all, thank you for the recognition.
2.I have to admit, your first sentence left me in deep thought for quite a while, my only response to your statement is that the outcome that you have described is only a mere speck in the "sea of possibilities" we humans are quite the mystery when it comes to our actions, whether the justification for said incident is considered right or wrong, do not forget my formidable adversary, that the future cannot be foretold by humans. For if we were granted the possibilty, who knows what we would do.
3.Your second sentence is somewhat questionable, due to the fact that you simply used part of the aforementioned "bank robbing scenario" statement. But I'll make this short and sweet, I believe that the only response that I can give is that every man/woman has a right to their own opinion, it can be influenced by many factors,an opinion, when broken down to the most basic form, is simply a way to express our reaction to certain situations.
I'll end my response by saying that we seem to have reached a stalemate, unless YOU have something to say in regards to my response.

By that logic, Eldritch Interactive and Millenium Games (yes, who?), respectively the developer and publisher of The Scroll (1992), should have sued Bethesda when it released TES: Arena in 1994. I've worked in pharma trademark testing and spent much time in the USPTO trademark database. Unless it already registered Scrolls on its own, I doubt Bethesda has much of a case. Consider two proprietary insulin pens from different manufacturers: Flexpen and Kwikpen. They share a suffix, and co-exist. Does Bethesda also own Elder? How about The, or Roman numerals? There are myriad game titles that share words (e.g., War, Dark, Red, Home, Total, Tycoon, etc.). That's the great thing about words: when you put two or more together, you modify their meaning.

During times like these, people will do ANYTHING for money. No matter how retarded the reason. Corporations such as Bethedsa are a perfect example of the sin of Greed. Greed will cause a man to slay his own brother for earthly objects(Money,Food,etc.) That's why wars exist bro, its how our world works nowadays.

Did "Eldritch Interactive and Millenium Games" trademark the title to their game? If not then I doubt they would have a case.
This is all happening because he is trying to register "scrolls" as a trademark. Something he initially "voted against" when it came to Minecraft.

This will be interesting, Mojang hasn't yet gotten the copyright/trademark on Scrolls yet, so Bethesda is suing for the attempt to do so. And how the hell do they know about this? Someone over at Bethesda HQ must play Minecraft, or they're really desperate, and trolling Notch's blog for no reason. Either way, Bethesda gains negative publicity for "beating up on the little guy" and Mojang gets publicity for trolling Bethesda.

Suing Notch for using the word Scrolls in his game is like suing me for having the word oblivion in my name.
I've had this username since 2004, and no one calls TES4 by it's full name (TES4). They also don't call it " the scrolls"

I like bethesda, but they are just acting like assholes now.

While it would look unprofessional for Bethesda to agree to do it, I think doing it would massively improve their public image in the geek community. So what will it be? Business image or geek cred? Hopefully they will remember that their making any money depends on us geeks.
