Omg the one millionth buyer might have been my brother he just bought his account and then exactly after i went on the forums and it said that this was posted 10 seconds ago but i think that he thought it was a pop up and he deleted it i was in the can when he deleted that "pop up" so hopefully it wasnt legit
Whoever confuses Scrolls with Skyrim needs to do some research. I don't see what Bethesda's problem is. If someone doesn't know who made the game, they can just go onto Wikipedia, which barely ever lies, except for the occasional troll infestation on random pages, and figure it out. No one, absolutely, no one can say that Bethesda didn't make Elder Scrolls, and isn't that all they need?
IMO, this whole thing is just BS and there because of money, and good job to notch for not giving in.
If I was a game maker and someone wanted to use a part of my game in their game, I think I'd be honored... as long as they weren't taking all of my game... y'know...
Also, what gives a person ownership of a word? If people own words, then Webster would actually be the sole owner of Scrolls... or... whoever said it first would be. But seriously, what gives a person ownership of a word that people say? Nothing. Notch isn't stealing your game, he is using the word Scrolls to title his game. He copyrights his game, you copyright yours. Scrolls is such a common word anyways...
