Shouldn't have to mail anything in when the technology for online entries is there.
There is no law that requires us or any company to offer the same entry type depending on paying or non-paying. We are required to offer a way for anyone to enter, but it doesn't have to be via a website. Like other major corporations (Coca-Cola for example), there is a website for customers and a postal mail form for everyone else. It is not illegal. Annoying != Illegal.
(As a side note, other companies sometimes do contests where everyone can enter online and in almost all of those cases, they benefit by being able to send you advertisements. Which is not the case here).
