Glass blocks 2 thick, block light significantly, also endermen tend to stall about 3-4 blocks in front of my character as if stuck against a wall, I can walk up to to them, hit them and they teleport only to repeat being stuck in place.
Oh, so you would prefer they go the blizzard route with "when it's ready"? **** that. i'd rather have an aprox, and i'd rather have the buggy pre-release. i can't stand blizz thinking they are like too good to tell us what is really happening. "soon" is not a real answer. that's the kind of thing you say to little kids that either can't understand or you don't give a **** to tell them a legit answer. So i'll take "we're aiming for the XXth" and "sorry it'll be a bit longer" over 'soon' and 'when it's ready' non-answers, any day.
I noticed that if you try to hold shift and click on an item to put inside your chest, and there is no room for it, it will crash the game, if there is no room in general it will crash it even if you drag and drop it
Hey i have a question. ''SSP chunk memory leak or 1.7 worlds should get structures''- Does this mean we will have less chunk errors for our worlds if we dont decide to delete it? Plz answer this
i have found a new bug when i was playing on my server i found 3 enderman i killed 1 and the other 2 started to died!!!! i dont know what happened and the other enderman were at least 10 block away way out of my range
just like to say a bug found, when you place redstone down, then a repeater in front of it, then a dispencer in front of it, it makes the redstone repeater all black
I'm not going to play the run around, login wiki game just to post a damned bug. If that means it won't be addressed, then it will be the programmer who looks stupid.
In swamp biome, cows, pigs, and sheep either spawn in or move directly to the oceans/water, making them rarely encountered on land. I never saw any chickens.
The lag spikes every two seconds need to be eliminated; the save game should be a manual function, or else automatic on player time definition.
In "Quake" FOV, blocks and surfaces are seriously distorted in a manner which may seems more than a little bit annoying; not sure if this is intentional.
Okay so I have heard about enough of this entitlement bitching going on, Truthfully before you Ever "Purchased Access" to this ongoing Beta of Minecraft (which you all enjoy so much) you ALL read that it was in beta and that in no way did it spell out true ownership of a final product, you ONLY BOUGHT THE GAME AS IT WAS AT THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE it was RIGHT there on the page, Any updates after that are provided free, and IF or WHEN the game is released you also will be given rights to a SINGLE copy of the finished product because of this beta participation. It was a truely smart move by Notch to take this route for a few reasons which I dont really feel like spelling out for you since MOST of you will either not read or not understand them.
Long story short, I my self am a software engineer, admittedly I am amature at best and could only HOPE to enjoy a spot on a development team that has a game go gold but it is reasonable to expect a single coder to produce about 40-60 functional lines of code an hour for 8 hours give or take and then it becomes a crapshoot as it is mentally taxing.
To those of you who think it is really easy, I encourage all of you to take up coding as a hobby, go grab your self a copy of a 90's era "MUD" and go check out www.learncpp.com or any of the other similar named websites, Even the simple coding that goes on for MUDS is more than enough to keep a single person busy for hours a day for Years.
So please, Kindly shut the hell up and enjoy the fact that you are ALL playing on a FREE version of the game if you didnt buy in at the most recent release of the game.
Regards, Trsiten.
Tristen, I'm right there with you, buddy. Until people really get their heads in real coding, they have nothing more than their heads up their arses when they complain about the way some game they're playing with is being developed.
Also, I'm sure you'd agree that writing code is one thing, and debugging it later when something "breaks" can be a whole other ball game, right?
Thank god, I can't even play 1.8 because after 2 minutes blocks start to not disappear after I break them and then my game crashes with an OOME exception.
