I like my blendy biomes! oh well, he's adding more biome features, so that makes up for it. And bosses too. Should be fun to raid those new strongholds and turn the corner to find a boss towering above you.

I can't wait for more distinct biomes. The only ones that are distinct from one another are deserts and snowy parts. I'd like viny jungles and muddy swamps, all that good stuff.

Yay! Finally I can join the people who criticize an idea! I've liked every idea so far, but I HATE the defined biomes idea. Having them blend makes the world much more realistic. I would rather notch works on making biomes blend MORE not LESS. This is just really stupid and trying to copy terraria for no real reason.
Minecraft is not terraria. If I want to play that, I'll play that, if I want minecraft I want minecraft. Your game can be better than terraria.
How do you know what he means by defining biome boundaries, maybe he means making it clearer what type of biome you are in. He could mean either, I could be completely wrong, but since he hasn't told everyone exactly what he is thinking, we will all just yell at each other...
Minecraft is going to be number 1 in gaming. In my opinion this game is relaxing and I can play it after I am furious at moder warfare:) haha good job notch<3
