also,i hope the rivers dont flow.if the water is all still,then i can travel either direction in the river.
hopefully one day we can have oceans too! then we define continents,and oceans,and rivers,and one world map.lol

I saw a river.....And then i saw the landscape....Its well...awesome....i guess the terrain is getting wild again?

Now all we need is for the generator to make well defined Biomes... And Large Landmasses... I mean Really Big... Also, Volcanoes and Black Sand...

I've only had 1 natural volcano form... And it didn't look like a volcano...

For the first patch after Release... Connect the three realms... Go up high enough, you are in skylands, dig down enough... The Nether... (Yes I know... You will miss your 1:10 ratio... :happy.gif:)

This is probably one of the most epic updates.

Am I the only one who saw the mushroom.

Interesting, This helps those who like to nation sim on SMP to define boundaries much easier. Helps us define states and territories.

I like that pic, i'm just a lil weary of digging my own rivers. Flowing would be nice, but that doesn't seem necessary to me. When you get to rivers the size of the Mississippi or Niagara, you gotta look real close to even see them flowing.

Is it just me or does the pattern in which tree leaves grow look different? No...Maybe it's just a heavily increased likeliness of tall trees with branches growing.

Things of interest in the picture:

1st: (kind of obvious) A giant red mushroom with white spots

2nd: A small cave in the middle of the picture if someone zooms in with great picture they might find something interesting (I'm not sure I'm just hoping).

3rd: 2 bright orange blocks that sort of resemble pumpkins but zooming in I can't tell very well (again someone with great picture figure it out).

4th: a giant overhang on the left side of the screen (making it certain that minecraft's height limit will increase a lot.

5th: a waterfall leading to the river which might suggest that rivers will flow (probably not since that would have to give worlds limits).

Please look at these things carefully and if someone could touch up the picture (like the one with the endermen) that would be great.

This is great... In which biomes will it be most common? I would imagine rainforest and swamp.
