Cant wait to play the adventure mode that what im looking forward to the most

It says that adventure mode will be replacing survival, yet it says on the wiki that the adventure update should not be confused with the addition of adventure mode.

I Quote:

"Currently, focus on adventure is an update to the base game, not a separate mode. This "Adventure Update" should not be confused with the possible Adventure Mode itself.
Notch has said that the Adventure update (or similar) will come in Beta 1.8, but Jeb confirmed that didn't mean Adventure Mode. It is more of a way to "flesh out the game a bit, making it reward exploration and combat more."

I don't deny the fact that this update will be awesome. It will.

im happy and all but im sad that theyre replacing survival mode i saw pax though and it doesnt look like it so im glad for that...im so glad that endermen r gonna be rare FTW!

I want them to add new crafting recipes, like Iron fences, and silver/copper tools. :/

I also want the 2x2 crafting grid to be implemented, without some things, like coal/ore steps, and nether sword.

I want Aether to be in it

I'm all good and happy about the 1.8 "Adventure" update but I really want to learn more about the mod stuff that was said awhile back.

I somewhat sont want this... only because a lot of us have amazing world, and now we have to go to new generated chunks to see this stuff... for me thats maybe a 7 min walk in 1 direction and I dont wanna restart D: I may TEST adventure mode, but restarting... isnt in my book still, its an amazing update!
