I am very disappointed with creative mode. I do not want to be able to break things with 1 hit and have everything! I thought it would be normal minecraft like it is now except with flying and all the other 1.8 addons, plus with a option of peaceful/normal/easy/hard ect. but nope... you break things with 1 hit and have EVERYTHING! WTF!?!?
Stop flaming Notch and complaining about how long it is taking! Who bought this game? You! Who is working almost day and night to finish this game? Notch! so shut up and kill some zombies.
This is terrible, it's sounds like it's changing the entire way minecraft is played. I like it because it's chill, but the hunger gives you something you have ot constantly monitor. Also, i wanna be able to focus on building and working for the resources, not fighting simple npc's all the time. If you want levels and "experience orbs" play runescape or WOW.
^Guy above me is gay, just play creative. Can't wait for this update, I hope since it's being released this or next week since its going to be split in to but it probably won't because Notch posted on twitter that as of today he will not work on minecraft for the next two weeks.

Common people, save your files. You can go back to 1.7.3 and play to your hearts content as long as you have your files. Back up your minecraft folder and archive it. Keep it for later.
I know I'm gonna want to for my favorite mods, but I don't see anything except hunger stopping you from mineing/building all day and night. Peaceful probably doesn't even have a hunger bar unless thats set aside for creative only.
Be patient guys and gals, kids and adults. Notch is human and the better job he does, the better product we get for our wait. Just compare our minecraft to clones out there. *Negetive Buzzer* Ours is way better.
Go Notch and Mojang, make us proud and lets kick some Enderman Butt!

Jeb said it himself. This is not replacing Survival Mode! It is just an update to "flesh out the exploration bit" of the game!
