SWEET JESUS!

All the way at the top, near the setting sun, a strange object lingers in the middle.

I thought that the open chest thing is kinda cool, hope you can close them.

The second thing is either the light or a visible Silverfish around here...

The second one is the fact the chest is facing EAST, and not WEST like it's forced to now -.-

he is holding sand in his left hand!

EDIT: If you click on the picture you can look around, it's a shrub on top of the hill near the sunset, so the two things are Light and Chest Opening =3

Im Guessing the second feature is- New sunset? maybe im overlooking this.

behind cactus is another chest, derps.
to the left are just sand blocks, just higher than other, so we like thinking whether it's a sand pressure plate or left hand.. nah, it's just ordinary sand block, but higher.
maybe Notch just forgot to put a right screenshot for second thing, oright?
cause even clouds and so on - all this was at pax.

they've had that sunset since... well biomes I think. I dunno maybe they spruced it up a bit but I dunno.

The 2nd thing is that he is holding sand in his left hand. Its too big to be a pressure plate. He probly just cut out the bottom of the picture where the hotbar and health are.

Based upon what I can see, there is a block of cleverly disguised Sand in his left hand. Suggesting that, there may be an option of left or right handedness, possibly adjusted in the options menu. Or, the thing hiding behind the Cactus, which I think is just another chest. Or, the lighting. How the horizon looks like... a horizon not just, one flat piece of sky. That's what I think.

I know where the second one is, since the opened chest is a 2 block chest one of those blocks is the other one

Guys, the sand block that looks like he's holding is actually just another block on the ground. I think the second thing could be oceans (although it could be part of the sky) or it's the thing behind the cactus, which is defiantly not another chest.
