How do you crop out the + in the middle of the screen... do you even think about things, why would notch suddenly switch steve's dominant hand

I wanted weeping willows & the vines look like they'll do nicely. Sure are a lot of floating chunks in that picture.

There is nothing in his left hand.
There is a chest behind the cactus.
There is nothing new with cacti.
There is no new mob in the background.
The 2 new things are the open chests and the orange sunset/sunrise fog.
