Roller coasters have been a part of Minecraft for a long time. With the addition of numerous features, they have evolved quite a bit. TheGameKid shows us one such creation, a winding, meticulous creation of pistons, powered tracks and more. Definitely worth watching to the end - enjoy!
Back in my day, a minecart roller coaster was a wooden hill with tracks on it! We also had to ride a pig to the mines and back, uphill both ways, without any weather effects.
This is inspiring... in fact it's making me think of an idea of a piston coaster like this:
T=Piston extension
P=Piston
R=Rail
_=Nothing, just for spacing so the diagram will show up correctly

Hope it shows up correctly. Apologies if it doesn't. Also, I know the diagram may confuse some people. Those people should just deal with it and ask someone who understands it.
