I can definitely see MC Wii U, I am a PC gamer myself but I have many console gaming friends that I know would gobble that right up! It would probably help with the popularity of the Wii U too...

I think it will be good on both electronics because if you play it on Wii U, it's like playing Minecraft Xbox Version. That might be pretty cool. If you play it on the 3 DS, you can play minecraft wherever and whenever you want. It's portable and much more, except you can't play multiplayer on the go because you need Wi-Fi.
I can see it on the Wii U and 3DS. But the only problem with it is it wouldn't feel right. They are trying to put Minecraft on all platforms It seems like. But on some of them it just wouldn't feel right and would feel too alien.
Yes, it would be pretty cool, maybe it could come on to normal DS, normal wii, and maybe Xbox kinect as well?
Wii and Wii U - Do it in reality! Jump, run, mine, and fight with your own skills maybe???
DS, 3DS, 2DS? - Split screens, one for inventory, one for screen POV.
XBOX Kinect - Pretty much the same description as the Wii and Wii U. Just probably a little more... What's the word? Realistic...
Minecraft is constantly updating. Nintendo uses disc- and hard-drive-based games, so whatever game they release; it will have to be in complete form.
The WiiU Supports any USB External harddrive up to 3TB in size.
Space is not an issue.
As for the 3DS. The system can easily handle MC. 3DS is actually quite powerful. As for space: the carts hold a surprising amount of data. Patches are entirely possible.
Quote from liam5d26» pc version is simply the best
and also it wont work on the 3ds... it only has 1 circle pad
3DS Circle Pad Pro (There is also an XL version for the 3DSXL size). I use it all the time to play Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on my 3DS. Adds two extra shoulder buttons...and an extra circle pad. Not to mention it's pretty efficient. It uses 1 AAA battery and I've been using mine pretty much constantly for a year now without having to replace it.
Well, i think the idea of Minecraft start selling in the most popular video-games machines (Playstation, PC, Xbox, Nintendo) will certainly make Minecraft the best selling-game of all time, and Minecraft in the Wii U absolutely would (or will) be awesome. The 3DS versions should be the same as Pocket Edition, and Pocket Edition primary drawback is the controls, and the 3DS will eliminate this problem.

Unnofficialy. This means that Minecraft has not been launched for the 3DS.
theres no way minecraft would be in such platforms. i might not have them neither wiiu or 3ds but still how u would place blocks?, how would u sprint?how u would be able ''right click an workbench or furnace,etc...''. its literaly impossible to have it.
pc version is always going to be the best version/platform for minecraft, xbox and ps3 probably kinda hard, but who gets the hang of it it will sure be easy.
so Wiiu and 3ds its ''for me'' impossible to play minecraft on it.
Are you just you stupid, or are you just ignorant?
WiiU has same amount of buttons as the other consoles, so it would work just fine. R2 can work as the normal attack/mine button, L2 can work as placement/use. R1/L1 work to cycle through your action bar.
Sprinting would work exactly like it now on 360/PS3 in that you double tap the analog stick forward. And guess what, the game plays amazingly well on those consoles. In many aspects even better than the PC (seriously, the PC version is still horribly optimized without using an addon like Optifine, whereas the console version runs buttery smooth at all times.)
Crafting and inventory management wouldn't even require buttons. That can all be on the touch screen, this frees up buttons for other things like crouching.
The 3DS has the same amount of buttons as the WiiU does, if you buy the circle pad pro meaning it is just as viable.
All of your arguments have been utterly destroyed. Good day, sir.
It runs on mobile phones. So why not the 3DS? The 3DS is a far stronger machine than your iphone or android, which both not only have Minecraft but it has infinite worlds (seriously, why does mobile get infinite worlds but not console?)
3DS could handle it no problem. I think a lot of people underestimate just how powerful the 3DS actually is.
ok sure thing calm the f down u might be right but srsly i highly doubt that mojang let minecraft go to the nintendo franchise, i mean it just doesnt make sense, and doesnt match what nintendo does...
Nintendo is all about 2d/3d platforming when minecraft is all about constructing things,(yes u still a r literaly platforming by jumping block to block) but still is way diferent from normal platforming.
dont go beserk on me its just my simple opinion
Again, you are completely wrong. It is not all about 2D/3D platforming. Zelda is not a platformer, and neither is Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (one of the best selling titles on the system), Mario Kart 8, Pikmin 3....actually the only platformers on the system are the titles like Super Mario Bros U or Super Mario 3D World.
You really should just stop talking, because thus far you have yet to actually state something that is true.
ok then but still my opinions doesnt quite change. the main part of my comments its only saying that doesnt make sense mojang delivering minecraft to nintendo.
and aparantely by ur saying on the consoles power/''enough buttons'' then ill guess ill beliave in u that the wiiu/3ds will be more than able to handle minecraft.
Actually it makes perfect sense for Mojang to allow Nintendo to have Minecraft on their consoles. Nintendo is pretty damn big in Japan, definitley bigger than it is here. Minecraft is not doing so well over there, and Nintendo is seeking to help them with that.
Basically they are aiming for a win/win. Nintendo gets MC sales, and Mojang gets MC to sell better in an area where it is currently lagging.

Lies!
This is a great mod by CustomEpicness. Check it out!
There's so many movements to make and so little buttons on the wii O_O
No less than the other consoles....plus the touch screen adds WAAAAAY more possibilities.
3DS: Oh the lag

Good point... They pulled off an unofficial DS game and an iOS game so, thinking about it, they probably could manage it on the wii. Well played.
