I'm always a fan of new skins/textures, however i am saddened to say they messed with fall damage (whether intentional or by accident).
If you have a seed that is set to Peaceful, for the last year+ you could jump for the highest points and take 0 fall damage.
Now, you take fall 4+ blocks deep.
Pretty sure they changed / broke that in the March update, so it was really only a month, not a year+...in my experience I had been pleasantly surprised by peaceful fall damage. made it nice for building 200 block buildings in survival without having to dump water everywhere in case of auto-save lag
sad in a sense. Autosave lags, but cant disable autosave due to the frequent (enough) crashes.. Lost a ef4 fortune2 unbreaking 3 pickaxe to some lava that way. was not thrilled
i have had the same seed, on peaceful since last spring. always on peaceful, and no matter where i dropped, i never took fall damage. So its sounds like my seed has been glitched since i created it?
and why is another thread on this forum saying that peaceful has no fall damage and the current state is indeed glitched, not the other way around?

are these crashes when your game goes black and drops to dashboard?
Mine does the same thing, but at the 17 hour mark. on the dot. I have to hard reset my xbox twice a day so it doesnt crash when i dont want to.

Only blocks, mobs and inventories can be glitches on seeds. Features like health and skins that are present and the same in all words vary by update.
To put it simply, no, your seed isn't glitched, it's just a coincidence that you created the world when fall damaged had been broken.

Yes, dashboard=crash. I don't leave mine on for 17 hours, however it usually happens after at least a couple of hours or a ton of exploring.
