it doesn't matter if you loaded a survival world in creative mode, it still forces the effect of losing the ability of earning achievements and leaderboard stat updates. a work around is to copy the world somehow or wait until the cloud is available too. then with the copy world use it as the creative version so the original is safe-guarded from switching out of survival.
well at the time I had that world so I can get all the achievements, and leaderboard purposes.. and almost had the "On the Rail" achievement (I think thats the name)
now I have all the achievements, and the world I currently have is now alot better, so I am not too worried
The spawn rates are still a bit slow.. My endermen farm takes a while for them spawn and drop (covered my entire End in water) my skeleton and spider farms take a while still to farm them off, and the blaze farm is a bit slow as well (but that might be my fault :/)
my minecraft on xbox one does not let me enable "online world". It tells me to change my settings, but I can play online in any other game. More recently, when I go and press "Play Game" the worlds list does not load. So I'm stuck with a spinning sequence of squares.
Just like the person above me said, often when you push "play game" the games menu never loads, it just spins. Also, I am still having the problem with my game stopping and going back to the main menu. For those of you that don't use auto save, this could be really bad. Luckily I am using auto save and it isn't a massive deal but this is a real issue that needs to be fixed. This has been happening in creative and peaceful mode with the natural texture pack. I haven't tried it on any other mode or texture.
I can't remember if this was discussed, but I checked the main page and didn't see it listed. Penned animals are still going through the fences and some are despawning later after they get out. I know this is driving my friend nuts.
I guess its a good thing all animals are easy to come by! I have had the same issues, but it does not seem that hard to kill the escaped animals and find new ones, or to kill my dogs that get in my way whilst mining and tame others. It is what it is, maybe this will be fixed sooner than later...who knows.

Try doing a power cycle on your Xbone. Unplug the power bar from your power source, (wall, surge protector, etc.), wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in. Your Xbone power brick light should be amber, (yellow). Hold your finger in front of the Xbox Logo, (which is white when on), until the power brick light has an amber color. You will hear the One shutting down. Wait a few seconds then turn it back on and Minecraft will load your game now. This works for me on this game and a few other downloadable games. It seem to be only downloaded games.
I think I discover a bug or mabye a glitch who knows.... One day, I was playing in Survival on Easy.. While it was night time..
I went outside to gather EXP and stuff such as bone as an Example.. But soon enough I decided to Make a Skeleton fight a zombie just for fun...
When I did so, The Skeleton shot The Zombie but the zombie just stand there.. He did not attack me or the skeleton...
I will update as soon as possible if this does happen again...
(Update: I went to Creative World then after enough time of building a giant box.. I spawn the Zombies and The Skeletons. Just like Survivor.. The Zombies harm by the Skeleton, Does not attack the Enemy Skeleton but me when I already switch to Survivor. This never happened on the Xbox 360 Version. Even more weird, Is that when I accidentally made a skeleton shoot and shot an another Skeleton, They were fighting against each other... I still wonder if it's a glitch or a weird bug.
I have the same problem than other, randomly when I far away from my home. All my cats and dogs leave the place where they were sitting and appeared near my position. It's very disappointing.
Did you feed and water them? They might just be looking for food because they are hungry... Unless you abused them, then they probably ran away.
In the last couple of days I've been noticing continued glitches with animal pens. While I haven't had a mass-deletion, as occurred before the patch, I have been noticing cows in pens where there used to be sheep, sheep "escaping" and not going back into their pen, etc. I hope this isn't a sign of further potential problems...
I've noticed my trapped chickens despawned. I was wandering the area in the same map, looking for more and when I came back, there were none in my animal pen. Only the chickens were gone.
Half the time when I'm speeding in a boat, lily pads break my boat.
I take more damage from skeletons' arrows on the Xbox One version than I did in the 360 version when both my worlds has always been on easy difficulty.
On a side note, do slimes spawn in the swamp during a full moon in this version of Minecraft? I've looked many times on a full moon for them in different swamp biomes and have never found them.
Last night I was playing a map I set up on 10/25. I went to the neither from a portal I built at my "Base". My return trip dropped me someplace that was not my "base". I am wondering if I can build a world on survival without glitches? My first worlds end was defective, and I lost all of my leader board standings.

Am I alone here? Or are thease known bugs?
Actually, that's the exact reason I came here. Yesterday I began working on a rapid transport system using nether portals to quickly hop around our new larger maps. My plan is to set up a portal at 0x, 0z on each map with additional portals leading to points of interest.
I started with my first portal at 0x, 0z at the spawn point map. I dug a spiral staircase down to 12y (my favorite depth to strip mine for diamonds.) Then dug down to bedrock and found a good spot a few blocks away that had two open blocks of stone that I could mine out to keep the bottom of the portal level with the floor. I don't know why hopping up into the portal bugs me, but it does. . .
When I went through, the nether side portal spawned on a small island with the nether fortress bridges spanning almost directly over head. Excited, I went back through to gather cobblestone so I could set up a permanent base.
Upon returning to the overworked I was greeted by a strange, dark cave and a welcoming party of skeletons and an enthusiastic creeper! After making friends and bone meal I had to leave for work so I didn't have a chance to investigate what had gone wrong.
Is this a bug or a known phenomenon that I can plan around and avoid on my end?
While working I began to wonder if perhaps having the bottom two blocks surrounded by bedrock made the game decide that the initial portal I built wasn't a valid return point.
I also began to wonder if it isn't the bedrock at all, but the fact that the Y axis would be 2 and would be hard for the game to calculate as each block travelled in the nether counts for 8 in the overworld.
Since the game had to move me away and up to reach the island perhaps the old portal was just too far away forcing the game to spawn a new portal.
if that is the case then when I return home I can make a new central spawn point chamber up higher from the bottom of the map and try again. I will probably need to dismantle all three portals first, but that shouldn't bee too hard.
So I'm experiencing a few problems lately. Like JohnCaboose, numbers for items in my HUD ignores the interface opacity setting I chose. I also have the same problem with the left hand in the way of the map while in a boat. When I switch items, my entire HUD lights up. I would not have set the interface opacity so low at all if I had wanted to see the HUD so boldly.
Today I tried to make a new world. When I clicked "Create new world" and tried to edit the name and found I could not type any new letters. I just wanted to edit it to say "Newest World" so I found I could move the cursor with LB and RB but besides that, I could only delete letters and put my cursor on new letters. I tested it with the seed input, but still could not type anything. I have not tried it since because I had to go to work. I will update if I solve this new world creation problem on my own.

I have the same problem with the portals as well. Every single time I return from the nether, I am not returning to the original portal I've built. This is frustrating, especially when I want to use the portals for a quick location change in the overworld. Seems broken to me.
After entering split screen play to get the Diamonds to you! achievement neither me nor the other play can get achievements. We did not receive the Diamonds to you! achievement, and we can not get any achievements on our own.
I loaded a transferred 360 world to my Xbox One and played on it for a few days. I loaded it up again a few days ago to find that all my villagers in two different villages had been duplicated and that each one of them had an identical "twin". They even had all the same trades open as the original.

When you choose the reset nether option befor you load a game, all it seems to do is reset the current nether world.
It dosent give you a new nether.
Dont know if this is a problem for anyone else
its been like this since they gave us the "Reset Nether" option....
