I understand that JCRocky5, however what I am referring to, that happens to a lot of people, is that they are downloading saves from someone else, putting it on their 360, transferring the save and not having the items they had from when they previously played the map. This is not a bug....in a sense, since a player who transferred a map must be player 1 unless they were modding. 4J and minecraftforum have stated several times that they would not support modding. Which also answers your adventure mode report.
Now if your controller is getting assigned to player 2 when you play the map then perhaps that is a bug. I've also seen the press menu button to sign in as player two glitch but have yet to be able to do anything with it.
One thing is that my dogs has d-spawn and the other thing is that I had a ton of things in a chest but now its all gone. Now if you think about it it might be Herobrine. But I've lost a ton of things because of the chest thing so if it is Herobrine take him out of the game plz lol.
Edit:
Also there's duplicate glitch were you have the thing you want to duplicate turn off the Auto Save then put that item in a chest, save the game, then exit the game without saving. When you restart the world you have the item that you put into the chest and its also in the chest. I think that's how it works I might have the wrong step but that's how you do it.

When throwing eggs, chickens not hatching individually. One egg will spawn multiple chickens.
Animals glitching through walls and appearing black (Pigs, Dogs, and Sheep verified so far).
When fishing, every other caught fish will not be added to inventory. EXP is awarded correctly, but not all raw fish are obtained. If I catch 3 raw fish, only two are added to inventory.
I agree on the loading vs. rendering. Hadn't thought about the phrasing I used, but your description is accurate. Thanks for pointing that out!
Re: the hard drive use.. I've been using PCs for 25+ years and I have yet to come across a hard drive that has lasted longer than 2 years. I put them through constant and rigorous use (on 24x7) and they typically fail (c: drive primarily, but other frequently used drives as well) around that 2 year mark.
My fear is that Minecraft is grinding away non-stop on the XBOX One. If it saves and erases the same data over and over again, it is possible to wear a particular part of the drive out prematurely. I haven't noticed the same activity on the 360 when playing Minecraft, but perhaps the drive is quieter than the XBOX One drive. I realize drives are much better these days and I would hope that the HD in a new console would be designed to last, but you never know. I don't notice this heavy activity in other games either. Maybe I am just being paranoid.
If you have a drive that's lasted 10+ years I would love to know who makes it!
Very odd, I run several web servers, many with web based browser games, and they are constantly flushing and reading data from hard drive and none of them have yet to fail due to hard drive. I suggest using western digital drives, or better yet c-gate, although there are many others that are good as well.
We defiantly should not be complaining about the flush system that they are using. The main reason is that this is very similar to how the PC's work, in that they flush dirty chunks constantly, and load chunks around the player, unloading the ones that are no longer needed. If they begin unloading unused chunks this will improve performance, open up areas of the game that we currently can never do, and allow the game to have much bigger worlds. Although currently the game is NOT unloading chunks, and flushing constantly this many loaded chunks isn't good, and most likely the cause of the 'stutter' people are experiencing.
When I die, I choose not to respawn. I exit game and reload the last save. When I tried this, it loaded the world to the moment JUST before I died. My autosave is not disabled and the world is a large one that was not imported from Xbox 360. Also I think the new map system is confusing and would like to see it go back to the way it was. Also experiencing the sound problems and problem with items in chests disappearing. Would like it if the breeding limit was raised too.

Sometimes when you collect a fish with a rod, it doesn't just go straight into your inventory. Sometimes it falls short and you have to go and collect it. Check the water in front of you sometimes to make sure it didn't flop into the water.
I've hit a couple of inventory bugs so far. Forgive me if they have been posted already, but this is a long thread.
Disappearing Stacks - Several times now, a stack of items has disappeared when transferring between a chest and my inventory. I'd had suspicions before, but initially couldn't rule out my own forgetfulness. Now there's been a couple of times that there was no doubt.
First, I was transferring items from one house to another, including ~10 bone meal. I used quick move in rapid succession to transfer several stacks from the chest to my inventory, including the bone meal. After trudging to my other house, everything else was there but the bone meal was gone. I went back to the first house, and there was none there either. The stack just disappeared.
In another instance, I had collected a stack of 40 mushrooms from a mushroom biome, and transferred them with a few other things to a chest with quick move. I went to do some quick farming, and when I came back, the stack was gone. Other stacks I had moved at the same time were there, but the mushrooms stack was gone. Not in my inventory, or anywhere else. It just disappeared.
Furnace Timing Issue - I was baking full stacks of clay into bricks in a furnace, and to keep things moving along swiftly, I was frequently refreshing the stack of clay in the furnace with quick move. This worked fine until I happened to do it at the exact moment a brick was created. The brick count increased by one, and 24 clay were removed from my inventory to refresh the furnace source stack, but the stack of clay in the furnace decreased by one (from completing the baking) and did not increase with the 24 I'd added. That 24 just disappeared.
I have also experienced the following issues reported in this thread already:
Breeding limit is inconsistent and very low. Only 4 chickens, but allows about 10 cows.
risseless: Chicken limit is ridiculously low most of the time, but seems to fluctuate between 4-6 allowed for me.
Dogs will be sitting in base, and all appear out of nowhere while I am mining.
risseless: I have 4-5 dogs and they are all parked at my house, but every now and then one will pop up next to me when I'm out in the world far from home.
Random blocks appear black (almost like a shadow but much more drastic).
risseless: I see random sections of the world that are completely black, usually 10-20 blocks in a group. I can interact with them and even mine them, but they never display until the game is reloaded.
Animals glitching through walls and appearing black (Pigs, Dogs, and Sheep verified so far).
risseless: This happens frequently with my animal pens. I've seen sheep a good 5-10 blocks from their pen, when they are really still inside. I can hit them and they will pop back to their pen.
Quiet Sounds ingame
risseless: Volume is highly variable. Some sounds are very loud and some are very soft. Inventory and chest sounds are particularly loud compared to the rest of the game.

Glad I am not the only one noticing it. The chicken problem is the most troublesome, because that's my arrow source. Animals have always glitched, even on the 360 version. Perhaps they can fix it this time. Not a huge issue. The dog issue is very annoying because I am usually on level 12 near lava when they decide to come out of nowhere and they all die.
As far as the chickens go I can breed up to 4 with wheat seeds (I then get the breed limit message). I can then throw eggs and get 1 or 2 more chickens but that is it.
You have to remember that we are using the same limits for passive/hostile/entity counts as the 360 version. For passive mobs this include all cows, sheep, dogs, cats, pigs in one category, I believe the limit is like 30, so if you have 10 dogs, that will be 10 less animals for you to have in your world. Villager count is something like 50, hostile limit i believe is 30, entity count (which includes item frames), is around 200.
So if you have 5 dogs, 5 cats, 5 cows, 5 pigs, 5 sheep, at most you will see is a handful of chickens, That limit of 30 or so whatever it is, is shared by all these animals. Any animal that is trapped somewhere in your world and can't move more then 20 blocks in any direction can't despawn and will also count towards your animal limit. I dunno if this applies to anyone but hopeful it will shed some light on the matter.

Yes your right about that, but I think that's what people are complaining about. The fact that we where promised a "bigger and better multiplayer experience" and then they kept the same limitations as the 360 has got people a little mad, myself included. If an X1 can run BF4 64 man servers surely it can handle a measly 5000 x 5000 Minecraft world. Hopefully with MS owning Minecraft they will direct 4J a bit better!
I think the limits are an over sight on 4J's part, in that they just forgot to bump them up, or they wanted to see how things behaved using the 360's limits for now, and there is no doubt in my mind that 4J in time will increase the counts on the X1.
In respects to M$ now owning Mojang, that will in no way impact us console owners, 4J owns the code the console versions use, it is their man-hours that went into porting the code. Many of the bugs people are experiencing were preset within the PC version, and in time as future TU's arrive will get better, such as mobs appearing and sometimes glitching through fences, and walls, and lighting glitches, ect...
When I transferred a world from the 360, I went to check my Ender Chest, and it was empty.. and when I transferred it, I spawned far far away from my house I was in front of when I last played the world on the 360..
