The option to keep your inventory between worlds? You know so you don't always have to start over and for clans to be able to go into a new world equipped and possessing the items they had in another. Of course this option would be an option the host of the server would toggle on and off.
What about adding this feature to the already existing Ender Chest...?
Ender Chest and basically everything else aside from the options of the game are all exclusive to worlds. The data is stored and retained within the world's data, so no. Unless they store NBT data (not sure if the console edition uses NBT, could, eh, same principle) externally alongside the options, not going to happen.

I'm pretty sure that it would require a larger revamp in the system, as each inventory is saved to one world's gamesave
