Skeletons and player can all hold bows. In the PC edition, when struck by an arrow, you get the arrow sticking out of your character.
I think this should be added because it would add something to game that would just be fun/funny to look at, and show how much arrows you got hit by while clearing that dungeon.
However, there might be lag.
I'm Canadian, and there is no igloos around. Or snow. Or polar bears. Or moose because I live in a city, but there are moose in the country.
