I wish that you could build hitches for mine carts so you could have rows of carts together. Would be awesome for item moving. Could mine for so long with this or have a huge farm far away from town and not have to make so many trips to return all of the food to your town. Just think that would be cool.

I agree. It'd be so easy to do transporting multiple people at once.. without having to 'wait until they're ready'. It could save a lot of time, and no need to break minecarts while they're on the way etc.
Agreed, again. Oh well. We're getting a new update soon with some awesome stuff in it, that's all I'm worried about right now lol. Does anyone know exactly what day the update will be coming out?

Nope... but historically, 4J usually goes on vacation on the Friday of the last week before Christmas week ... so if we don't see it before the end of this week (either sometime on or before Friday, December 19th, 2014) we might not see it until after they get back on the week following New Years Day (or... sometime on or after, Monday, January 5th, 2015).
Alternatively... 4J might not take a vacation this year, or otherwise be able to deliver it in the interim... so it could feasibly be delivered between those dates as well (or... between Friday, December 19th, 2014 and Monday, January 5th, 2015).
I know... not really specific, but that's the best I've got from what I've seen.
This I wouldn't mind at all. Then my subway I built once would actually be a subway. Well figuratively.
Even though this would be a good idea, i can only imagine the mess it would do at an intersection...>< Especially it the redstone timing was off. Hopefully if this is ever considered, something of that will be in mind.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.

I thought this was all owned by Microsoft now?
So.. wouldn't what 4j does be irrelevant at this point?

I'm very much into building urban stuff (ps another reason why I support breaking bedrock, for another thread) so I would love that.

Mine isn't quite urban, but mind as well be considered a subway with all the paths and the way I decorated it. Think I have pics of some of it in my Arcavia world. Anyway I am not really a modern builder; more like an asian style or medieval style is what I usually build.:)
Probably it would revert to what normal pc speeds are. But then again it might not. Curves are one thing, but switch tracks are something entirely different.
I don't see why it should decrease in speed, as roller coasters do not decrease in speed midway unless they are going back up a steep hill. Same for a train. So most likely it wouldn't, however if it causes problems it might need to be slower.
Not sure what you mean by specs....
Microsoft would take holidays too, as they are people like everyone else. What holidays is up to the company. Microsoft bought the brand, not the people.

Microsoft bought Mojang and the Java code and artistic rights to the core Minecraft game as put out by Mojang. There hasn't been any news about 4J being purchased or dissolved in this exchange... and they are still publishing updates.
If only it were that easy...

Would it go slower than a normal minecart? Because there's many attached etc? or?
