We should have like mods for 5 or 6 bucks then turn them off whenever your not using them, like maybe weather it would be really cool for both(even though the pc has a weather modpack).
As friendly advice, I'd suggest you not use the word 'MOD' when describing a suggestion... it has a high tendency to generate a large amount of negative feedback. (Because User Made game MODs, as opposed to Developer Made DLC, are not allowed on the Console Format for a number of reasons).
Basically, what I hear you saying is that you would like the ability to turn on/off and have the option of various weather disasters as a feature of Minecraft on the consoles, such as tornadoes, hurricanes, twisters, volcanoes (and volcanic eruptions), earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, sink holes, rifts/chasms, meteor shower, sleet, hail, blizzards, sand storms, torrential downpours, etc.
yeah like they will make a storage place for minecraft like a usb and use that for mods..
Player made MODs are not allowed on the console version. Period. It is against 4J's Terms of Service with the Console Manufacturers.
Developer made MODs will be incorporated into a permanent part of the game (no need to save to a USB), and will either be called an Update or DLC (Down-Loadable Content).
All the rule hoo-ha said, I know that something very similar was suggested a while back...and asnwith that one, I will refuse this because weather griefing is annoying and not worth money.
I support the idea of having numerous in game toggles for options to turn various features on and off. It's unfortunate, however, that this post is really asking for the addition of a specific mod... in which case it will probably get locked by the moderators eventually.

Stay fluffy~
And I'll say what I always say about that.
I'd be okay with it, if it were toggleable, or a thing for hard mode only maybe.
