Game rules like those of the PC version, where the Host can decide if, for example, a user drops all the items in his inventory upon death or if mobs naturally spawn. Some of these are actually implemented already, like the option to turn off fire spread.
These options are partially what make minecraft minecraft. I don't see this getting implemented into the console versions though. I love how half of the things that make minecraft what it is, the console versions are locked out of it. I always found that stupid that the only platform you can truly experience minecraft on is the PC version because of all other versions being locked out in ways. Technically the game itself is there though, that I cannot deny. The console versions are a bit more stable bug wise though.
There is absolutely no reason to say no no for him suggesting something from pc to xbox 360. The game came from the pc, and the 360 MC is not an exclusive game like halo is, so quite frankly they should have some similiar things pc has already, but they are busy with about 10 consoles, so I don't blame them. it is easier to code on the console than it is in java which is the buggiest program ever.

Anyway, you need to re-word/re-write this a bit. Just say you would like to have an way to enter commands and there could be an easy way for that.
Pause Screen, New tab called, "Commands". Set it up so you can do a shortcut button if you'd like, and commands on that would work like pc and spelled exactly the same. Same with the command block. Besides, they already allow commands, just need a way to access them is all. I mod on the 360 just like modders mod the pc game. like.

There should be options for:
Mob greifing
Keep inventory (upon death)
Passive mob spawning
Hostile mob spawning
"Suggesting" that something be brought from the PC is a no-no.
Stay fluffy~
