I don't think this would ever be implemented however I think it could be useful in some cases.
I guess if the host was making a team based game he could have the option of selecting which users are on the red team and which are on the blue team thus making them the respective colours.
The suggestion: For the Host of a game to be able to set a user's skin. HOWEVER as long as:
a} He bought the skin pack, no trial too.
b}The user is in his game, if the user leaves his skin is set back.
The user does not need to have the skin pack, but a) makes it fair.
It is the user who purchases the license to use their own skin, not the host of some world they might visit. This is the thing that this suggestion would completely "flip." However, this would then mean that, upon entering anyone else's world, the player would have to select a new skin from the repetoire available on the host's Xbox only and their purchases they made themselves could not be used outside their own Xbox. Personally, I don't see them making this sort of about face at this point and they are equally unlikely to agree to license the skins both ways since that would mean people could use skins bought by other people all over the place... and sales would suffer.

Nononono, the user would keep his original skin UNLESS it is changed by the host. Of course the user would be able to change his own skin at his desire, but the host's map rules may outlaw that. And yes, this is thought for RP and economy maps, as there are skins that can differentiate teams.
