Voice command and voice interactions will become much more prevalent in games in the future, speech recognition software and natural language processing has come a long ways over the years, but I don't foresee this in Minecraft's foreseeable future, and especially not with the limited capabilities of the XBox 360 while running MC at the same time.
Only way I could see that being useful is say like in some games.. you just say what item you want in your hand "pick axe *makes pick axe appear in hand* Etc.
