You Log into your Xbox360 Account
Go to Pins/Games Then Click the game that says Minecraft
Wait for it to load
Click Start or A Random button
Click the Storage your world is in
Hover over your world title and Click A
Once you're in the World Options you'll have a new Option that says Add to Public listing (You can Turn this on or off at anytime you want as long as you do it from the World Options menu)
Then start the world
Watch millions of Trollers, Griefers, and Judgmental Losers Join your sever.

A Public world list is a list that shows worlds from strangers that you can join without needing to add them or find them through random sources, this list can be seen in the Minecraft menu that says "Public World List" or something like that that if you want to host or join a game, There are options to adjust how many worlds you want to load at a time also you can adjust if you want to worlds to be Good connection or Global and the if you don't want people randomly joining your world just save and go back to the Minecraft menu and click start game (Not the Public World List).
Go to Pins/Games Then Click the game that says Minecraft
So to clarify, I can't start Minecraft from the "Recent" menu if I want this to work?
In the future, please leave out the instructions on how to start a game. I'm old and cynical and tend to have little patience for un-needed information.
But on topic... as long as this remains only an option I have no qualms about it being added. I won't use it because I dont want random 12 years olds messing up my worlds, but if that's your thing, Have at it hoss.
No support. I don't want to wait while a list of 1,000 or so available "public worlds" loads from all over the globe before I can start my own world. So, it definitely needs a way to disable it completely from the "recipient" end.

Is this some kind of sarcastic joke? Those are frowned upon here.

Everything can be changed so have other option to load up of the first 5, 10, 25 or 100 at a time
There will be a new option on the Minecraft menu saying "Public World List" and when you click on it it will show all the worlds of other people.

All xbox dashboards are different mine doesn't have the menu its just tabs (The only reason is is to play classic minecraft)
Support. On the Pocket Edition there's an app for joining online worlds (however since there are no host options there are loads of griefers) so we should totally have this but Notch and 4J Studios are too lazy or cheap to give us something like that - world expansion is possible on Xbox 360 but they're too cheap!

Still no support. Assuming the system would have to then prioritize which 5 or 10 of the 1,000 available worlds were shown, I'm not interested in seeing the same 5 worlds each time either. Also, parental controls (i.e. filtering obnoxious worlds out of the list) would be a necessity... so then there would have to be a structure for reporting and getting those worlds banned. It's a pandora's box.

Hmm.... Well... first off.... I think by now there's already been tonnes of threads on this exact topic in many shapes and colours (in this case quite literally).
So... I understand your frustration about your ideas being closed.. But.. this one from reading your thing looks like this was closed a long time ago. At this point.. I don't see why you really felt the need to make this again.. Since it's been made like 20 times since then.
In any case.. I do support it. Because.. it's hard to make friends for this game unless it's here.. or from other friends who play the game (which for me is virtually none), I just wish your thread was wasn't a display that was hard to follow at times.

If you don't go into the Public Wold List when you start your game, you wouldn't have to wait for any of this to load. Also, if only the open games showed up (the ones that weren't full and were actively open), the list would change on its own, and it could be randomized as well, or sorted by any number of means, (by title, by number of currently active players, by creator gametag, by create date/map TU version # created, etc.)
Also, parental controls (i.e. filtering obnoxious worlds out of the list) would be a necessity... so then there would have to be a structure for reporting and getting those worlds banned. It's a pandora's box.
I'm pretty sure that there is a line somewhere that is drawn where a developer can freely say, "You know what, we did our best, not our problem, parents might actually have to step up and take an active role in reviewing their children's content if it comes to that". They've taken many precautions already, but there really is only so much you can do if you want to open up the horizons and go a little further in play-ability options. MANY other games out there have an open worlds design, and there is always going to be the risk of abuse... but we should use that as an excuse to live our lives (or our kids lives) in a virtual (or real, for that matter) bubble.
I support, but would also like to suggest an option to upload/download a map only (upload a map to make available for download, but it will not be playable until it is downloaded and opened locally). This would be ideal for adventure maps, as the initial start state would effectively always be preserved.

Would be an improvement over the original suggestion; however, would still, I think, require a lot of "server" power to process quickly - and Minecraft currently doesn't use actual servers. Also, it would still result in a looonnnng list of potential games with the same games likely coming to the top of the sort list time and again regardless (much like google works now). Having various sort options might help; but I hope it would work better than the "search" feature on these forums (which is pretty much useless).

ESRB rating would probably have to be changed to at least "teen".

Minecraft doesn't use servers to play, but Microsoft Cloud Storage does use servers to store saved games. Were not necessarily talking about changing how the game mechanically functions (as client/server interface), but rather where the save file is stored/found/accessible from, and who may or may not be currently sitting as the host with or without permissions.
Microsoft might have some serious legal restrictions that may prevent this level of file sharing by using their cloud storage, but it still might be possible as well with appropriate precautions in place and negotiations regarding file security.
