We should be able to have invisible armour so we can still see our skins that we have.
Cause I just think what's the point in being able to select skins if it's going to be clouded with armour in the way of your look?
good point, and not a bad idea. I was noticing that today, in fact. put on armor and my custom skin that I was using looked just like the default with the armor on.
I'm sorry for being rude but...This is probably the stupidest logic i've ever heard...there is number of reasons why this won't work....
To add one of those points.... *boom*
Creepers at close range will usually kill you in 1 explosion.
I am not too fond of the idea, but I think it is feasible. If not an option in the very least so that you can toggle on/off whether you want to see armor or you chosen skin. So why not.:D

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
I like the idea if it is toggle-able, but I see a little problem with this. If we are playing PvP, the other players will not be able to see if a person has armor or not and what kind of armor (if it has).
Now that I think of it, is isnt a problem since it could be used like a new cruel strategy...

Mmm, if it's tournament based just ban those who did it.. If it's based on who the host is.. then it'd be up to the host to determine that.
i think if you add a inb]visability potion to it in an anvil it will give it the invisabilaty effect but it still be visable as an item

I'm glad you support it but xbox doesn't have anvils.. I'd like to.. why i'm considering saving all my broken enchanted stuff in a hidden chest so when anvils do come out I can just go and repair all my stuff that are broken but have good enchantments.
It's decent idea but in PvP not as much, If you seriously don't want armor then don't craft or put on any. If it's a SMP world then un-tick the Player versus player option. I like armor and I wouldn't want it to be able to "removed from players' skins"
Errr.. It would be cool for toggle-able... BUT if you could toggle certain ones like a leather helmet, or diamond boots!?
Well I'm hoping if this was implemented it would be a host option. But.. yeah I can see this being a tog-able for each individual.. Kinda the same way clouds are. I have my clouds turned off always but my friends like to have their clouds on.
Maybe an upgrade for invisibility potions, Invisible Armor, or something?
It may not be permanent, but it would have multiplayer applications, if nothing.

Or an Enchantment?

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.
the option to toggle armour visible on or off is more appealing than invisible armour. for one reason, you'd have to compromise on strong diamond armour, or we invisible armour (why not just have no armour). but being able to make diamond armour invisible, to see your skin. that works
How would it be compromised? It's just invisible.. not gone.

It could be it only is invisible on your side, or not allowed on Multiplayer at all. I see that is why this was made, for multiplayer, but oh well xD
Just to throw in my 2 cents... I support the individual player to be able to turn on/off whether or not armors are visible to them, as well as it being a host option as well as an override (to allow for certain types of games).

Maybe just have it be an option, I dunno.
. . .
I've got nothing

EDIT: A regeneration potion and a golden apple will be better, since it recovers about 1 heart per second.
