I think it'd be great if you put on a skeleton head, and they ignore you until you attack them.
He also means blocks, because he said: "dress up/disguise as mobs, players, and blocks."
The only changes I made were making the phrase "dress up" and the phrase "and blocks" in bold

And.. as far as... the block part.. I don't see the point.. Other than.... "oh what grass block in the field is really tnt ready to blow me up???"
All I can think of.. but even then seems pointless to me.
But yeah.. I like the masking part.. and being able to disguise yourself against things such as skeletons etc.
They should make the current mob heads disguise you when you put them on your head
