Very annoying animal/villager suffocation bug

I have never had a problem with this before until the recent TU14 release. My villagers and animals suffocate in thin air, with no blocks even near them. I have tried creating numerous worlds to test and it happens in all of them. The animals seems to get pushes into the fence post block and then they suffocate, and the villagers get pushed into the ceiling and suffocate, it is very annoying please help. It has messed up all of my red stone farms and i can not repair it until this is fixed, PLEASE fix!
