There is a very good chance of mods coming to xbox 1. This is due to the fact that Microsoft changed there policies to allow 3rd party companies and developers to allow addons that can modify source code. This could include Cod mods (such as the cod 4 zombies mod). This Would allow 4j To develop mods and add them as dlc. How do you feel about this? Post Below
There's nothing stopping 4J from developing Mods as it is... it is user created Mods that would be in violation of the MS ToS for the XBox 360 platform. heck, technically each TU is a Mod.

No I said on xbox one due to this new reform on policies from microsoft they could develop them eaisly with no problems
Um, 4J can already make "mods" except they wouldn't be called mods. They would be called DLC, just like the skins and texture packs are DLC. Or how map packs are "mods" for games like Call of Duty and Battlefield.
There is nothing stopping 4J from making extra DLC other than the fact that they are constantly updating the game.

If you would like to make a suggestion for a feature to be added from a mod, you may do so. You may use the mod as a reference to your suggestion, but simply requesting a mod is not allowed.
